How many presses of Hot Salt in a push grinder?
About 515 "pushes" in a full pusher and well over 2000 if you add a 50g pouch. Think about that... That's less than 3¢ per per press.
Is it organic, gluten free?
It's gluten free, nut free, Free of preservatives.
Salt is non-iodized, natural sea salt - free of heavy metals and contaminants.
Peppers are grown with organic methods, dried and crushed. No funny business.

Our Push grinders are stainless steel cylinders filled with our coarse grain small batch, Hot Salt that's infused with Ghost, Trinidad Scorpion, and Carolina Reaper pepper. It's the go-to, everyday carry of Hot Salt.
Solid in hand, convenient and incredibly satisfying to use. One push delivers a burst of savory heat whenever you need one.
The coarse sea salts we use are natural, never processed with chemicals and made by solar evaporation of brine. They are refined by washing with clean saturated salt brine to remove surface impurities, drained of excess moisture, dried, and screened to size. The salts are not iodized. The ingredients are gluten free and processed with equipment that is only used to make Hot Salt. We do one thing.
The Pusher is a heavy, stainless steel, spring loaded, thumb operated rasp style grinder. Pressing down on the depressor forces a rough banded steel rasp down through the opening at the bottom of the grinder and crushes the salt crystals as each band passes the salt blocking the opening. A fast press pulverizes the salt more thoroughly and creates a slightly finer grind. A slow press allows larger grains of Hot Salt to pass.
Each press of the pusher delivers 33mg of Hot Salt on average. A full pusher contains approximately 515 presses. That's a lot of heat! When compared to the number of uses from a typical bottle of specialty hot sauce (maybe 10)you can see how this will last. When you run out, we sell refill pouches.

So I follow cleared hot and mist of Andy’s stuff. Noticed he is representing this salt. Looked it up a few times but never pulled the trigger. Then I saw a podcast thing with him and he brought it to a restaurant with him. Okay this shit is for real if he’s bringing it out to eat. I ordered the 3 kings to start to see what it’s all about and the fancy applicator. My god if you don’t have this in your kitchen what are you even doing? This instantly became my go‑to seasoning for literally everything — eggs, steak, popcorn, probably even cereal if I’m feeling chaotic.

This is a perfect addition to any kitchen. The spice level is just right as you can add as much as you need. I have put it on just about everything, from steak to ice cream. It adds such complexity to everything you eat.

I purchased this as a gift and it arrived with the package completely open and all product missing. I have sent 3 messages via various customer support options and haven’t had anyone reach out, despite the fact that I’m still getting messages asking how I like it and now have been asked to review it. Thank you for the outreach, this is a one star review that we actually deserve. It's 100% on me, I've made a bad call with USPS and have been in over my head and I would like to apologize for your experience.
I did see your email and have replied and set up a replacement order for you.
As you can imagine, you were not the ony disappointed customer durring the Christmas rush. There have been so many USPS delivery issues it's created a real problem for our little business. I have personally fallen short keeping up with calls, emails and replacements. Choosing USPS as our carrier was a huge mistake. I apologize for the botched delivey and the difficulty getting throiugh to me.
I take customer service and satisfaction VERY seriously and intend to put help and systmes in place as well as additional carriers so that our coustomers can have the great experience we have been able to provide in the past next tinme it gets busy.

I brought my grinder to work and now I’m going to get a refill cause myself and all my crew absolutely love it.
My order arrived quickly, and I was really impressed with the packaging. More impressive was the flavor of the salt. It was both hot and savory without being overbearing or overpowering. I will definitely order more.
The salt is amazing, I've already got a few friends to purchase it after trying. The pusher feels great in the hand. However my pusher is a bit like the leaning towerr of Pisa (thr top is skewed slightly, probably from the joining of the glass) and a nick in the pusher button. Love, love it. But it killed the esthetic of a wonderful product a little bit.
I live in PSL which makes the Firecracker Farm in Palm City local to me and I like supporting local family owned businesses. The 3 Kings salt is amazing. I put it on everything, burgers, steaks, wings, potatoes, tacos, eggs, tomatoes, pasta, literally everything . Tons of hot pepper flavor with enjoyable painless heat. It’s a must try.
Just the right amount of heat. Perfect on steak! The grinder is weighty, & feels solid.
Disappointed in amount sent. Was it even an ounce. For what you charge you need to send more than a few sprinkles. Salt excellent but quanity is ridiculous.
Hi Lisa, thanks for sharing your feedback. It looks like you bought a 50g (1.7oz) refill pouch. The weight is clearly spelled out on the product page as well as noting that it's intended to refill our push grinders several times which it easily does.
Was there something we posted that lead you to believe that the refill pouches are larger? Please let me know. I'd like everyone to be able to make an informed decision before giving us a shot and to have their expectations met or exceeded.

I got a pusher with 3 kings for Christmas. Everyone in my family absolutely loves it. Even my wife who doesn’t like hot stuff puts it on everything. We bought a couple of three kings refills and I even got the go ahead to buy another pusher full of Hotter salt which is perfect when you want a little more kick. If you are thinking about this for yourself or as a gift, buy it. Everything about the pushers is classy from the weight of the stainless steel to the appearance and the taste is unique and perfect. So glad I found this and I will be buying more in the future. Well done Firecracker Farm!
