Hotter Stuff - Hot Salt - 25 grams (.88oz)
Pouches are perfect for refilling Push Grinders, dry brine, cooking, grilling, finishing salt, adding spice to cocktails, living the good life and making every bite delicious!
Our small batch, Hot Salt is coarse sea salt infused with our Three Kings blend of Ghost, Trinidad Scorpion, and Carolina Reaper pepper. Handmade on our farm and packed in a resealable mylar pouches. It's shelf stable for years and provides an easy and healthy way to dramatically enhance the flavor of whatever you use it with, all without overpowering other ingredients. Tasting is believing, it's delicious.
Flavor notes: Hotter Stuff takes it up a notch at 6x the concentration of Three Kings. It's everything you love about Three Kings with more heat.
Grind notes: This is coarse salt with variability in grain size. The largest grains are larger than those you'll find in most coarse or kosher salts and the smallest approach fine grains with a range in between. It is the same blend we use in our grinders.
Natural, non-iodized: The coarse sea salts we use are natural, unprocessed sea-salts made by solar evaporation of brine and are not iodized. They are refined by washing with clean saturated salt brine to remove surface impurities, drained of excess moisture, dried, and screened to size before being infused with a solution and mixture of Three Kings (Ghost, Reaper, and Scorpion) superhot peppers.

The residual pepper powder in Hotter Stuff can settle so much more easily than with less concentrated blends that sometimes packets have more of the finer material which not only makes it dustier but it makes it proportionately less salty and hotter. With Hotter Stuff, I recommend shaking both the packet and the pusher before use to get things more evenly mixed after they settle. Thank you! - Alex

I'm a repeat customer. This stuff is a game changer. A little Hotter Stuff goes a long way. And the Three Kings is now standard issue in my kitchen. I honestly brought my grinder to a family dinner "just in case". It was a hit with the family!

The product is great……but having to buy 4 refill packs to refill my grinder is crazy it feels punitive I have no doubt that this product takes time to create but for the love of goo do a bigger refill bag, we support your company and don’t want to spend 90 bucks to refill one grinder…….again if your reading this and wondering about the product I love it just this is my 3 reup and not pleased with the 6 bags bought
Hi Keylon, You are awesome. Your review hits me like a flashback. I feel your pain and would like to get this taken care of. I'm glad you love it, can't live without it, and I don't want any part of the deal to feel punitive (unless you use too much, that's on you).
Let's get to the bottom of this... Hotter Stuff refills have 25g of Hot Salt in them (often more). That is enough to refill our push grinders twice. You have either 4 or 6 packets not sure what's going on but that's a lot of Hotter Stuff, like thousands of servings! Thousands!
Maybe you're using the refills to refill a large grinder? (Our Brick grinder or some other grinder?). The Brick holds way more than 6 let alone 4 packets. With that in mind we have it set up so when you buy more than one refill, the price is automatically discounted. Discount increases with quantity. If you bought 4 the price should have discounted SIGNIFICANTLY. I'll find your order and if it doesn't reflect the bulk discount, I'll refund it for you. Big fan of their products only problem I have when I order their stuff is I go through it way too fast cause I’m putting it on everything and it can be a little pricey, if you go through it too fast I really like their hotter blends even more, but this is a good base heat for most any food

I'm about to launch a number of subscription options with special perks and a number of different price points that will lower the cost vs one time purchases and introduce refill sticks made for a single push grinder filling. There will be all kinds of options for frequency, variety, early access to buddy batches and other fun things too. People have been asking for it an I finally have the equipment to support it. I just need to figure out how to operate it and we'll be off to the races.

I got this for my husband's birthday...he is the type of guy that has everything and if he doesn't he buys it for himself. He loves to cook and takes his seasonings very seriously...this is a perfect gift for that spice loving foodie who has everything
Love the heat of this salt. I'll continue to purchase the for as long as I can. Only wish I could get a larger amount at once instead of the little packets. But I just buy 10 at a time.

Im not a glutton for punishment, but after trying the Three Kings, I graduated to Hotter Stuff. It definitely lives up to its namesake, but in a way that keeps you coming back for more. Heat with flavor is what I look for. Hotter Stuff delivers. Just make sure to shake up your refill pouch before topping off the grinder. The dust at the bottom of the pouch hits hard. Looking forward to the Normalized Violence.

If I made our stuff much hotter (I have) people complain it's too hot and I'd be out of business. Since being introduced with the original shaker (pros it holds more cons it’s too big to fur in my purse ) sooooo I bought four of the thumb shakers and an order of refills so we have some to share and never run out. If you can be addicted to this then call us addicts. And our addiction is the hotter stuff salt . Looks like we’re gonna have to order some sets for Christmas so we don’t run out so fast❤️🌶️. (And maybe try some of the other option!)
