These salts have become a staple on our table for elevating the flavor of anything on the table. The push grinder delivery system is excellent quality, providing either finely ground or more substantial salt crystals. Me, being less adventurous, starts with a fine, delicate delivery of salt. My husband, knowing he’s going to savor the flavor, gives the push grinder a robust push and smiles at the heat. A favorite part of the system is the storage in the magnetic walnut blocks. They look great and are just plain fun to have as a practical yet interesting component in the whole system.
This started out as a unique gift for my husband who loves heat/spicy food, and has become a valued part of our table. Cheers to taking the time to craft a fine product!
