VANILLA HEAT 25g REFILL

HOT SALT MADE WITH: SEA SALT • GHOST • SCORPION • REAPER • DATIL • MADAGASCAR VANILLA

MADE IN SMALL BATCHES • HERE TODAY, GONE TOMORROW • FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE

A gentle, aromatic hot salt blending Datil pepper and pure Madagascar Vanilla with our signature trio. Mild heat, smooth finish, and warm vanilla softness. Inspired by our daughter Allie.

The idea for Vanilla Heat came directly from our daughter Allie. She loves the spicy kick of our traditional hot salts but wanted something milder and smoother with a hint of vanilla. I took her idea and ran with it, creating a recipe that combines Ghost, Scorpion, Reaper, and Datil peppers with a surprising finishing note of pure Madagascar Vanilla. Allie's vanilla orchid design on the label and grinder are just as delightful as the flavor inside. The result is a blend that's not only delicious but a true reflection of her sweet and delightful nature.

- Vanilla Heat Hot Salt 25g Refill Pouch (coarse grind)

The coarse sea salts we use are natural unprocessed sea-salts made by solar evaporation of brine and are not iodized. They are refined by washing with clean saturated salt brine to remove surface impurities, drained of excess moisture, dried, and screened to size.
